The multi-billion naira building was still undergoing construction when it caved in, causing a heavy thud in the capital city.
However, cause of the collapse of the structure situated directly opposite the Delta Mall Asaba could not be ascertained as of press time.
The scene of the incident has since been cordoned off by officials of the State Emergency Management and security operatives.
