The Supreme Court has scheduled Thursday(tomorrow) as the date to deliver its decision regarding the appeals made by the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party, Peter Obi.

Both candidates are requesting the highest court to overturn the judgment made by the presidential election tribunal, which validated President Bola Tinubu’s election.

This was disclosed by Supreme Court’s Director of Information, Dr. Festus Akande.

Akande said, “Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgment on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi.”
