Reverend Desmond Yunana, of the Anglican Church Nigeria, based in Borno state, disclosed in his Sunday sermon the critical ill state of Boko Haram factional leader, Abubakar Shekau, and how the latter want prayers from Nigerians.
In the sermon delivered after a captured teenage fighter, Mohammed Adam, disclosed that Shekau can no longer walk effectively, Yunana said that he received a revelation on the health challenges Shekau is presently facing.
The cleric added that the deadly group leader needs prayers from both Muslims and Christian residents of Maiduguri and is ready to ask for forgiveness.
