Deji Akinremi, also known as “Olofa Ina,” a prominent Yoruba actor is dead.
Akinremi passed away at the age of 73.
The news was shared by Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun on his Instagram page, @saidibalogun, where he posted a picture of the late actor and wrote, “Good night Legend Chief Deji Akinremi (Olofa Ina) RIP.”

The late actor was born on May 15, 1950, and had a long and successful career in the acting industry.
He began his major acting career in 1980 but had already established his acting group, the Olofa Ina Theatre Group, in 1972.
Akinremi’s talent and experience made him a respected figure in the industry, and he appeared in numerous movies throughout his career.
