Sadiq was the last among the bunch to be ruled out and was swiftly replaced by Terem Moffi at the last minute.
Hosts, Ivory Coast have also piled pressure on the three-time African champions to perform after seeing off Guinea-Bissau 2-0 on Sunday night.
