The Shepherd-in-charge of the Grace of Comfort Parish in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Olagbaju Moris Gbade Fadehan is dead.
Allegedly, his own assistant pastor, Evangelist Olalekan Ogundipe, was responsible for the heinous act.
According to eyewitnesses, Fadehan was deep in prayer, bowing his head at the church altar on a fateful Monday.
It was then that Ogundipe reportedly attacked him with brutal force.

The church bell became an instrument of violence, and nails were driven into Fadehan’s skull and ears. Shockingly, the assailant then set him ablaze.
A source said:
“He hit him with nails on his skull and ears and set him ablaze afterwards.”
The motive behind the horrifying act appears to be rooted in internal church dynamics.
Just days before the tragedy, Fadehan had allegedly threatened to relieve Ogundipe of his duties due to negative reports about the latter.
In a desperate bid to maintain his position, Ogundipe also targeted other senior leaders within the church.
It was said that the suspect has been apprehended and handed over to the Iloro Divisional Police Station.
