The Kaduna State House of Assembly has established an Adhoc Committee to investigate the eight-year administration of ex-governor Nasir El-Rufai.

The committee has set a deadline of Thursday, April 25, 2024, for the submission of memoranda and relevant documents.

It outlined the scope in a formal communication issued by the Clerk of the Assembly, Sakinatu Hassan and sent to the Kaduna State Commissioner of Finance.

The investigation will focus on loans, financial transactions, contractual liabilities, and other matters obtained or awarded during el-Rufai’s tenure.
