Mr Angiama Godswill, a native of Ekeremor Community has made a passionate appeal to the Hon Minister of State Petroleum Resources, Sen Heineken Lokpobiri (PhD).

Godswill pleaded with Lokpobiri on Monday via the Facebook app to provide monthly stipends to persons living with disabilities and the less privileged in Ekeremor Community.

He, also known as Senator, pointed out the devastating impact of the economic crisis on the most vulnerable members of society, including those with disabilities.

According to him, the high inflation rate has led to exorbitant costs for basic necessities like transportation, food, housing, and healthcare, making it difficult for them to survive.
