The Ijaw National Congress (INC) has sent felicitations to its Board of Trustees Chairman, Pa Edwin Clark on his 97th birth anniversary.
In a statement on Saturday signed by Prof. Benjamin Okaba and Engr. Ezonebi Oyakemeagbegha, President and Publicity Secretary respectively, thr INC described Clark as an icon of inestimable value.
The statement reads;
