Manchester United triumphed over Manchester City with a 2-1 victory to claim the FA Cup trophy on Saturday evening at Wembley Stadium.

The match saw United take the lead in the 30th minute through a well-placed goal by Alejandro Garnacho. The young winger’s effort put Erik ten Hag’s side in control of the game early on. Manchester United doubled their advantage when Kobbie Mainoo found the back of the net, capitalizing on a defensive lapse from City.

In the second half, Manchester City intensified their efforts to stage a comeback. Their persistence paid off when Jeremy Doku scored, reducing the deficit and reigniting the contest. Despite City’s relentless attempts to equalize, Manchester United’s defense held firm, and they managed to withstand the pressure.
