Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose of the Position:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to facilitate decision-making and coordination across all units of the field office.

Key Responsibilities:

– Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence
– Prepare and coordinate meetings, discussions, and reports
– Manage official correspondence, decisions, and communications
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Collaborate with internal and external parties
– Compile and analyze performance evaluation reports
– Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent
– Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration
– Proficient in written and verbal communication, management skills, and office management
– Knowledge of Nigerian Civil Service rules, office management systems, and administrative procedures
– Ability to handle work pressure, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks
