A ghastly road accident has left many in awe after it claimed a life, while causing havoc in the process.
A yet-to-be-identified lady has kicked the bucket, after being rammed into by a truck in the Iyana Ishasi U-turn inward Mile 2 today December 17.

It was gathered that the vehicle, a fully loaded Howo tipper truck had lost it brakes, and in an attempt to navigate through the traffic, the over speeding truck suffered the brake failure, resulting in the accident.
The driver of the truck reportedly veered off the road, crushing the victim who was walking along the roadside.

The scene was graced by the operatives of the FRSC, and LASMA, who worked hand in hand in ensuring stability in the area.
Confirming the incident, while also sending condolence message to the family of the deceased, the General Manager of LASTMA, Olalekan Bakare-Oki enjoined motorists to be more careful on the road, while also noting the importance of a regular vehicle checkup.
