Nigel de Jong, a former Manchester City player has picked on Harry Maguire after Manchester United’s 2-2 draw with Atalanta last night.
The 36-year-old midfielder said the former Leicester City defender gets exposed every week after the draw result on Tuesday.
De Jong explained that During the match, Duvan Zapata had beat the offside trap, eluding a tackle from Maguire and lifting the ball past David de Gea.

De Jong wrote on Twitter after Atalanta’s second goal: “Maguire again. Smh. Getting exposed every week now.”

Maguire’s return from injury has exposed him to an avalanche of criticisms from different sides.
Former Manchester United striker, Teddy Sheringham had also censured the 28-year-old saying he wasn’t a proper captain over lack of leadership amid abysmal 5-0 defeat to the Reds.
Manchester United legend, Roy Keane also regarded him alongside Luke Shaw as a ‘disgrace’ after their side’s 3-0 triumph over Tottenham last weekend.
