Zinedine Zidane’s wife, Veronique has reportedly blocked her husband’s move to Manchester United.
The ailing Red Devils have piled up a number of defeats in the ongoing season including the 2-1 loss to Young boys in UCL, West Ham 1-0 win in the Carabao Cup and another 1-0 loss to Aston Villa all in September.
In the month of October, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s team suffered a 4-2 defeat against Leicester City before a pulsating 5-0 home loss to the Reds.

Also in this month, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City ensured a 2-0 beating at Old Trafford ahead of the last international break.
Likewise, return of players from international duties also warranted Manchester United’s being beaten to a pulp in a 4-1 win by Watford on Saturday 20th.
The club has now been forced out of the Carabao cup, currently 7th in the Premier League table and ahead of Brighton Hove & Albion on goal difference.
Due to the foregoing, Manchester United coach, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer who has passed a three-game test is now expected to part ways with the club.

That said, a number of persons have been on the radar to fill up his position once he left.
Zidane, Mauricio Pochettino, Erik ten Hag and even Brendan Rodgers have all been linked with a move to Old Trafford with Zidane considered the primary target.
However, the wife of the former Real Madrid player and coach, Veronique is in opposition to her husband’s move as she doesn’t want to live in England, UK Times revealed.
Perhaps, sufficient persuasion of the wife will do for the 1998, 2000 and 2003 FIFA World Player of the Year to be able to replace the pressurized Solksjaer eventually.
