Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has appreciated the efforts and contributions of his Deputy, Kingsley Otuaro towards the success of his administration.
Okowa stated this in a birthday message commemorating Otuaro’s 54th birth anniversary.
Taking to his official page, the governor wrote;
