BREAKING: Northern APC Governors Endorse Southern Presidency | Daily Report Nigeria

11 Northern governors of the All Progressives Congress Governors have thrown their weight behind the party fielding a Southern candidate for the 2023 presidential election.

This is as the governors backed the total transfer of power back to the South after President Muhammadu Buhari.

The decision was contained in a letter signed by the 12 governors following the conclusion of a meeting on Saturday in Abuja.

The governors also called on presidential aspirants from the North to withdraw from the race.
