BREAKING: Mane, Oshoala Win CAF Player of The Year Awards

Senegal international football star, Sadio Mane has been crowned as men player of the year by the Confederation of African Football, CAF.

Mane won the CAF Player of The Year Award in an event that held at Rabat, the Morocco capital.

The new Bayern Munich signing claimed the gong ahead of Mohammed Salah of Egypt and Senegalese goalkeeper, Edouard Mendy.

On the female category, Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala claimed her CAF Women Player of the Year Award for the fifth time.

The Barcelona striker defeated Ajara Nchout Njoya of Cameroon and Grace Chanda of Zambia to her fifth crown.

Teranga Lions coach, Alious Cisse took home the Male Coach of the Year prize, while Bayana Bayana’s Desire Ellis claimed the Female Coach of the Year title.
