Uduak Frank Akpan, the first accused in the murder of Iniubong Umoren, a job seeker, has been sentenced to death by hanging.
Akpan was sentenced by Bassey Nkanang of Akwa Ibom State high court in Uyo, on Thursday.
He was found guilty of raping and murdering the victim.
