The WSL season will begin on Friday with Arsenal vs Brighton; The league was postponed last week after the death of Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday

The women’s super league season will begin on Friday September 16 after matches for last weekend were postponed after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

The funeral of Queen Elizabeth II will take place at 11 am on Monday 19 September at Westminster Abbey.

EPL: Former Chelsea Striker, Diego Costa Joins Wolverhampton

The Women’s Super League campaign will begin on the weekend of September 10 and 11.

This is coming after the WSL kickoff was postponed after the death of Queen Elizabeth II, on Thursday.
