BREAKING: Court Frees Nnamdi Kanu

BREAKING: Court Frees Nnamdi Kanu | Daily Report Nigeria

The Appeal Court has declared all charges against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra by the Nigerian government as illegal.

This was revealed by Kanu’s Counsel, Ifeanyi Ejiofor on Thursday.

In a Facebook post, Ejiofor noted that the Appeal Court declared the abducti9n and extradition of Kanu from Kenya as illegal.

He also noted that a final judgment will be made by the court in no distant time.

Ejiofor said;

“Onyendu MAZI NNAMDI KANU’s abduction and extraordinary rendition from Kenya is declared illegal and consequently constitutes a bar to further proceeding /trial.

“Court Held that It was done in clear and egregious violation of extant international laws.

“There is no justification whatsoever even the warrant of arrest issued in NIGERIA can not justify the illegality in the abduction and extraordinary rendition of ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU.

“Await final pronouncement, judgement still ongoing.”
