Tottenham Hotspur’s manager, Ange Postecoglou, stated that his team didn’t approach the game with the right mindset after their 2-0 loss to Chelsea on Thursday night.
Chelsea’s Nathaniel Chalobah and Nicolas Jackson each scored to secure the win, completing a Premier League double over their London rivals this season.
This result dealt a blow to Tottenham’s chances of ending the season in the top four and qualifying for the next Champions League.

“It wasn’t a great night. We didn’t have the mindset that I expect us to have, so that’s on me, I’ve got to take responsibility for that.
“Ultimately I’m the one that’s putting them out there and preparing them for it.
“We were so far off it I’ve got to look at myself and see how I’m preparing this team for it,” Postecoglou told the media.
