ASUU Insists Strike Will Continue, Gives Reasons | Daily Report Nigeria

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), has reiterated that the ongoing strike action will continue till further notice.

This is even as the Union blames the continuing strike on a breakdown of talks with the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Lagos Zone Coordinator, Prof. Olusiji Sowande, noted in a statement that the lackadaisical attitude of the federal government towards funding education would make the strike linger.
