Bandits who kidnapped 20 medical students on their way to a convention in Enugu State are demanding a ransom of N50 million.

One of the kidnapped students, Kingsley Aondona, revealed the development on his social media page on Friday evening.

Aondona stated that the kidnappers are threatening to start killing the students if the ransom is not paid by the next day. He also mentioned that they have not eaten for two days.

He provided the account details of his fellow student, Pius Samson, where the ransom money can be sent, while pleading for help and urging people to share the information to secure their release.
