Controversial figure Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, has stated that he will continue spraying money at events, though he plans to use dollars instead of naira.
Bobrisky, who was released on August 5, 2024, after serving a six-month prison sentence for naira mutilation, was initially sentenced by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court, Lagos, on April 12, 2024, with no option for a fine.
In a recent interview with content creator Bae U Barbie, Bobrisky expressed his intention to spray only dollars in the future, saying, “I am still going to spray money but I will only spray dollars, not naira.” He also dismissed any notion of being labeled an ex-convict, arguing that he shouldn’t be convicted for simply spraying money.
