The political parties and their candidates are challenging the victory of the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Prof. Chukwuma Soludo.

tThe petitions were cknfirmed by the Secretary of the tribunal, Barr Surajo Gusau.
Sen Andy Uba of the All Progressive Congress (APC) leads the petitioners, claiming that he who a majority of valid votes that were cast in the election.
