BREAKING: Court Stops Ayu as PDP National Chairman | Daily Report Nigeria

A High Court in Makurdi, Benue State has ordered Senator Iyorchia Ayu to stop parading himself as National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The court issued an interim injunction restraining Ayu on Monday in the Benue State capital.

Presiding judge, Justice W.I. Kpochi, gave the interim order in the suit No. MHC/85/2023 filed at the court by Terhide Utaan with Ayu and the PDP as defendants.

This is coming just a day after Ayu was suspended by the Ward Executive of the party at Igyorov Ward of Gboko Local Government Area of the state.
