The Nigerian Army has freed Clement Ikolo, a traditional ruler who was previously wanted and arrested in connection with the murder of 17 soldiers in Delta State on March 14, 2024.
Recall that the Defence Headquarters had declared him wanted along with seven others for their alleged involvement in the incident.
Sen Ede Dafianone stood as surety for his release, which took place during a brief at Army Headquarters, overseen by Major Gen Onyema Nwachukwu, the Director of Army Public Relations.
