Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday arrested former Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha.
Okorocha, a presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, APC, was whisked away after operatives of the anti-graft agency gained access to his home through the roof.
The EFCC had invaded the Abuja residence of current lawmaker in an attempt to arrest him.

The agency also fired gunshots to scare away supporters of the former governor, who thonged Okorocha’s residence to show solidarity.
After hours of laying siege at the residence of the presidential aspirant, EFCC officials finally gained access to his building through the ceiling.
The former governor is said to have ignored several invitations from the agency for questioning over corruption allegations.
