Argentine and international football legend, Diego Maradona, is dead after suffering a heart attack.
The Gimnasia coach who passed away at the age of 60, had been hospitalised from the onset of November after complaining of fatigue and low spirit.
Tests at the La Plata clinic had revealed a blood cot on the brain which doctors later successfully operated on.

While he was subsequently discharged from the hospital as an outpatient to continue his convalescence at his residence in Northern Bueno Aires, he however suffered a cardiac arrest on Wednesday morning as paramedics at the scene were unable to revive him.
Maradona began his professional career with Argentinos Juniors at age 16 and was considered one of the greatest players .
He represented Boca Juniors, Napoli, Barcelona, Sevilla, and Newell’s Old Boy as a player in his career.
He also had a wonderful coaching career in Racing Club Dorados, Gimnasia, and Argentina National team respectively.
