BREAKING: Man United Sack Erik Ten Hag as Coach

English Premier League giants, Manchester United, have sacked head coach Erik Ten Hag.

In a statement released on Monday, October 28, the club said Ten Hag had “left his role as Manchester United’s first-team manager.”

“We are grateful to Erik for everything he has done during his time with us and wish him well for the future,” the document reads in part.

Another dutchman, Ruud van Nistelrooy, will take charge of the team as interim head coach, supported by the current coaching team, whilst a permanent head coach is recruited.

Ten Hag’s last match as United coach ended in 2-1 defeat to West Ham United on Sunday evening.
