Veteran entertainer, Charles Oputa, aka Charly Boy, has commended Nigerian youths for their bravery and determination in the face of the nationwide EndBadGovernance protest.

Charly Boy, who was part of the protest, stated that the work had only just begun and urged the youths to keep up the pressure until the government recognizes that the tide is changing.

He said, “Brave, Strong and determined Nigerian youths, una make me proud today. First, una congratulations on a job well done. But our work just start. As most of us don awake from our slumber in the realization say gofment no care for us, no send us, we no go gree for people wey no gree for us. We must keep fighting to retrieve our stolen future.”

He emphasized that the protest demonstrated that the majority of Nigerians had realized that the government did not care about them and urged the youths to keep the pressure up until the government starts doing the needful.

“The Salvation Of Nigeria Lies In The Hands of its Exceptional Youths. I Twale for Una,” he said.

The protest, which took place on Monday, saw Nigerians trooping out in large numbers across many states to demand an end to bad governance.
