College of Education Provost Dies in Yobe

Dr. Mohammed Gishiwa, the Provost of Umar Sulayman College of Education, Gashua, Yobe State, has died.

Daily Report Nigeria gathered that the late Dr. Gishiwa died in a private hospital in Kano, the Kano state capital.

This follows upon his involvement in a ghastly motor accident two weeks ago in Gashua town, where he sustained injuries.

The deceased is already being prepared for burial according to Islamic rites.

Meanwhile, a 10-year-old girl has died after been shot dead in Kwara State.

The deceased was hit by a stray bullet during a supremacy battle between two rival gangs in a market.
