The Kano State High Court, which had previously confirmed the suspension of Abdullahi Ganduje as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has now overturned its decision and vacated the order.
The development was due to Haladu Gwanjo and Laminu Sani Barguma obtaining a court order suspending Ganduje from his role as APC’s chairman, claiming to be the chairman and secretary of the party’s Ganduje Ward in Dawakin Tofa Local Government area of the state.
However, Justice Usman Na’Abba took into consideration a motion ex-parte, along with a 27-paragraph affidavit in support and a written address dated April 22, and rescinded his previous order.
