A group of assailants suspected to be cult memebrs have killed a man in Ogun state.
According to reports, the attackers invaded that shop of one Toheen Folarin, a 30-year-old barber , killed him and made away with his left wrist
This happened in the Obantoko area of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital on Tuesday, January 7.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the command, CSP Omolola Odutola said the victim was working in his shop around 10pm when the cultists came in, shit him in the chest before slitting his left wrist, which they made away with.

Odutola added that upon receipt of the information, the police detectives in Obantoko graced the scene with additional support from the Anti-cultism Unit of Adatan Area Command at the scene, where they found the victim in a pool of his own blood and his severed hand.
She added that residents created a scene, after the police attempted to take the corpse away, adding that they insisted he must be buried in the Islamic way since he was a Muslim before he died.
She further stated that the police had launched a manhunt for the killers, and they will be brought to book.

The girl was allegedly raped, and then killed after being deceived by the suspect.
