Dangote Petroleum Refinery has commenced the export of fuel to Saudi Arabia, with two cargoes of jet fuel already sold to Saudi Aramco.
According to President of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, the refinery’s output currently stands at 550,000 barrels per day (bpd).
“We are reaching the ambitious goals we set for ourselves, and I am pleased to announce that we have just sold two cargoes of jet fuel to Saudi Aramco,” Dangote said.

He emphasized the importance of the private sector in national development, stressing that Nigeria’s challenges could largely be overcome by providing gainful employment to its people.
NESG Chairman, Niyi Yusuf, commended Dangote for establishing the refinery, stating that Nigeria needed large investments to reach its $1 trillion economy goal.
Dangote Reduces Petrol Price to N890 Per Litre
Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a reduction in the ex-depot price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) from N950 to N890, effective February 1, 2025.
This development is a direct response to the positive outlook in global energy and gas markets, as well as the recent decrease in international crude oil prices.
