Decomposing Female Body found Inside Drainage in Delta
The Delta State Police Command on Wednesday discovered the decomposing body of a yet-to-be identified lady around the Federal University of Petroleum Resources’ Junction, along the famous East-West Road.
The decaying corpse was discovered lying face down inside a drainage system that is connected to the Agbarho River.
According to witnesses, the victim may have been killed before being dumped inside the drain, or she might have been knocked down by a hit and run vehicle.

Confirming the incident, the State’s acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, stated the lady could be a victim of a hit-and-run driver.
“The corpse is already decomposing. So, we contacted the local government authorities, while investigation is ongoing,” the PPRO added
