Delta 2023: Otuaro Promises Transformational Reforms in Health, Education, Housing

Frontline Delta 2023 governorship aspirants, Kingsley Otuaro of has promised the people of the state high levels of transformational reforms if elected as governor.

The Deputy Governor emphasized a robust transformational plan in the health, education and housing sector in the state.

This formed part Otuaro’s Better Deal manifesto for Deltans, which was released on Sunday evening.

According to the revered peace builder, the Better Deal manifesto targets an industrialized Delta birthed by deliberate reforms.

Harping on his proposed transformational reform strategy, Otuaro said;

“We need to rethink the 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of children exploring digital technology and improve our people’s access to quality 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 and use previous administrations’ achievements as a learning curve.

“𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬. These are inclusive and responsive 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 reforms and address Delta’s strategic infrastructural/industrial needs such as 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫.”
