Nigerian Hip-Hop Singer Davido, in his recent interview with DJ Carisma on ‘Check’d in Carisma’ on Power 106 LA, California, revealed his projects coming late 2021 and in 2022.

The release of ‘Shopping Spree’ video
July 16, 2021, was the ‘Shopping Spree’ video featuring Chris Brown and Young Thug was released.

However, Davido revealed that the video he and the featured acts recorded in 2020 after releasing A Better Time album, but he decided to delay its release until summer 2021.
The song was an instant fan-favorite after ‘A Better Time’ dropped.
To pay attention is one way to succeed
David is known for keeping his thumb on the pulse of the game. When he was asked about how he is aware enough to get people like Nicki Minaj on his album, he said, “I think the biggest thing in anything you do. Whether it’s music, fashion, movies, food, politics. I think the most prominent people pay proper attention to details. It surprises people when people realize that he pays attention, but he does.
Is Davido done having kids?
When Carisma asked him if he was no longer having kids, Davido replied, “Hopefully (laughs).”

The conversation got to the cover art for ‘A Better Time,’ Davido said having his son on the album’s cover naturally resonates with his album title. After all, the previous album was titled A Good Time.
Arena tour and new album
Davido revealed heartbreak at stopping ‘A Good Time Tour’ due to COVID-19 when everything was going great for the first time. He said that he plans to do an arena tour in 2022.
Davido said, hopefully, do one more project this year. They will soon be done, and he said the album will drop before December 2021.
Acting
Davido said that ‘Fall’ was a game-changer for him after he convinced the label to pick the record over four other recordings. Davido also revealed that he is set to go into Acting.
