Singer BNXN took home the Headies Next Rated award ahead of Ayra Starr, Zinoleesky, Lojay and Ruger.
Zazu crooner, Portable was also nominated for the category but was disqualified for unruly behavior.

Wizkid won the Album of the Year with Made in Lagos (Deluxe Edition) Best Afrobeat Album of the Year, as well as RnB Single of the Year with Essense.
Adekunle Gold won Songwriter of the Year with Sinner, while Olamide won Rap Album of the Year with Carpe Diem.
Also, African Giant, Burna Boy Won the artist of the Year Award.
