A frontline aspirant for the Delta State House of Assembly, Burutu North Constituency, Justice Timi Akuna, has paid a consultative visit to prominent Ijaw leader, Pa Edwin Clark.
The visit at the Abuja residence of the elder statesman, was a follow up on the Akuna’s campaign which promises to rebuild, reposition and provide a good representation to the Burutu North constituency.
Hon Akuna in his speech acknowledged the major roles Pa E.K Clark has played in the growth and development of the Nigerian state and his love for the growth of the Nigerian youths both in the private and public sectors.

Furthermore, Hon Justice Timiadi Akuna solicited both the fatherly blessings and support of the elder statesman, stating that his support will go a long way in making his dream of representing Burutu North progressively under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) a reality.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian elder statesman and nationalist, Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark while making his speech appreciated the campaign train’s recognition and visit, noting that the aspirant, who briefly worked with him in the late 90s has been a service-oriented youth deserving leadership responsibility.
Pa Clark further noted that times have changed and a set of new generation socio-economic and political demands has come and it is only wise for youths with a clear knowledge of the generational shift to come into leadership to meet the changes.
Pa Clark also prayed for Hon Justice Timiadi Akuna and his JUSTIFICATION 2023 team to excel, promising that he would give the needed support when called upon.
