In a heart-felt letter to Alapala, Dubasuode wrote;

Dear Principal,

“One very important thing I learnt from you all through the thicks and the thins of this race is to always stay positive no matter the situation.

“Even when it seems impossible from the beginning, at the level of the Primaries to the court judgements and to this rerun, there was never a day I saw you in a mood that isn’t encouraging to all your followers.

“To me you won this contest from the very day you made up your mind to go for it.

“That thought-form creates, manifests, and attracts that which is similar to it.” this is what you just demonstrated and I am proud to be a witness and frontline partaker.

“Congratulations as I wish you a very successful tenure in the Delta State House of Assembly, as Minority Whip and Member representing Burutu Constituency 1.”
