The member-elect for Burutu Constituency 1 in the Delta State House of Assembly, Amb. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo, has poured encomiums on the Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha Kingdom, HRM Elder Capt. Joseph Timiyan, on the monarch’s birth anniversary.
Alapala, in a statement by his Media Director, Amb. Timi Coleman, lauded the Chairman of Ijaw Traditional Rulers for consistent expression of wisdom on the throne.
