Another hearing of the case of the EndBadGovernance protesters has been heard, with each of the protesters given a N10 million naira bail.
Daily Report Nigeria recalls that the suspects, identified as Michael Adaramoye also known as Lenin, Adeyemi Abayomi, Suleiman Yakubu, Opaoluwa Simon, Angel Innocent, Buhari Lawal, Mosiu Sadiq, Bashir Bello, Nuradeen Khamis and Aabdulsalam Zubairu were accused of treason and inciting mutiny.

This hearing comes after the first which took places on September 2.
Delivering his ruling during the trial, Justice Emeka Nwite of the a Federal High Court in Abuja granted each of them a 10 Million naira bail, and also ordered that they each provided one surety.
“I have carefully considered the submission of the counsel on both divides. I hereby grant the defendants’ bail notwithstanding the crime. The bail is hereby granted to the defendants’ applicant in the sum of N10m each and one surety in like some”.
