Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has confirmed that Bruno Fernandes will continue as captain of the team
The Dutchman stated this during his press conference on Wednesday ahead of their last-16 clash with La Liga club Real Betis.
There have been calls and talks for Fernandes to be stripped of the armband following his antics during the Red Devils humiliating 7-0 lost to Liverpool on Sunday.

Ten Hag on whether Bruno Fernandes will continue as captain: “Yes Definitely.
“I think he’s playing a brilliant season and has a really important role, giving lots of energy to the team in the right way.
“He’s an inspirer for the whole team but no one is perfect, he will learn.”
