It was like a carnival when Mr and Mrs Tony Oghomitse dedicated their son, Master Elijah Oghenegharen Oghomitse to God.

The event began with a church service at the Immaculate Mega Parish, Ogunu where mostly family members joined the couple in dedicating their offspring.

The church service was followed by a grand reception at the Elizabeth Hall of Eliko Hotel, Ekpan.

Family, friends and associates turned out in their numbers to share in the joy of the couple, who were visibly elated by the arrival of the baby boy.

As attendees enjoyed the feast, they were also thrilled with beautiful performances by the Ima dance group and The Apostles.

An elated Mr Oghomitse expressed delight and gave glory to God for answering his prayers and blessing his home with a bouncing baby boy, whom he described as a special gift.
