Fanfare as NAOCS Begins 2022 Bi-Annual Convention

The National Association of Ogulagha Students (NAOCS), has announce a schedule of activities for its 2022 biannual convention

The convention with the theme ‘The Role of Education in Promoting Socio-Economic Development and Cultural Diversity’, will hold at Obotobo 1 community from Friday December 16 to Sunday December 18, 2022.

The three-day event will begin with arrival and registration, awareness rally, screening of aspirants and a bonfire procession.

Activities will continue on Saturday with an early morning road work, followed by an extensive symposium, award presentation and elections to wrap up the day.

Sunday, being the grand finale will witness numerous cultural activities, swearing in of new executives and musical performance by Bestman May.

Dignitaries expected at the event include Hon. Julius Pondi – Chairman of the Day, Kabina Emaye Benidiwel (JP) – Chairlady, Caroline Gold Ene – Mother of The Day, Captain Joseph Ziko – Guest Speaker, Amb Shedrack Agediga – Guest Speaker and Rev. Ohis Ohiorenoya – Guest Speaker.

Also, HRM Elder Capt. Joseph I. Timiyan, the Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha Kingdom, will serve as Royal Father of the Day.
