The Nigerian Federal Government has has revealed President Muhammadu Buhari will address Nigerians in a nationwide broadcast on January1, 2021.

This was disclosed by Garba Shehu, Spokesman to the President in a tweet on Thursday evening.

According to Garba, President Muhammadu Buhari will make a New Year broadcast to the Nigerians on New year’s day at 7am.

The tweet read, “President Muhammadu Buhari will make a New Year broadcast to the nation Friday, January 1, 2021, at 7 am.

“Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to join the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively, for the broadcast.”
