One of the most populated communities in the Burutu Local Government Area, Torugbene was erupted in utmost elation as a history-making event dubbed “The Torugbene Entrepreneurship Programme” flagged up with an opening ceremony at the community civic center on Monday, 5th of August, 2024.
The programme was convened by Tam Bruno Kodoye, a Leadership Coach and Teacher, under the aegis of his Educational outfit, The Ultimate Leadership School in conjunction with NUEL-J Paints, owned by a serving Corp Member in the Public secondary school of the community, named Emmanuel Tochukwu.
In his speech, Kodoye revealed that he was inspired to cast the vision for the growth and development of the youths of the community.

The programme also had its chief component, a Skills Acquisition Project for indigenes of the community to be equipped with skills on such various areas as Paint Production, Painting, Screeding, Pastry, Liquid Soap, Detergent, Shoe polish, Bleach, and Perfume production that is scheduled to last for a few weeks.

As disclosed by Kodoye, successful participants of the initiative would be taught how to package, brand, market, and sell their products on the closing ceremony and would be presented with certificates of completion.
It is interesting to point out that Tam Bruno Kodoye wasn’t just the Convener of the event but also the Guest Speaker, as he spoke with thorough elucidation on the topic of Entrepreneurial and Business success.
Guest trainers at the programme include, Comr. Pullah Ebikeniye, Comr. Fortune Bello, & Emmanuel Tochukwu.
Working with the convener Team Leads of the Programme include, Comr. David Belabri, Administrative Personnel, Comr. Singer Eniyebuloupagha, Arena Coordinator; Comr. Aneke Paul, Media/Publicity Personnel, and Comr. John Egbe, Protocol Officer.
Kodoye and his team has predetermined to organize subsequent editions of the programme.
