Germany topped Group A with seven points, while Switzerland advanced as runners-up with five points. Portugal and Spain have also made it to the next round.
Switzerland will face the second-place team from Group B, and Germany will play the second-place team from Group C. Both matches are scheduled for Saturday.
Portugal awaits the best third-placed team from Groups A, B, or C, while Spain will compete against the best third-placed team from Groups A, D, E, or F.
