She noted that part of the reasons she did it was societal pressure, and despite the pain she went through, it was worth it.

Mercy said;

To be very truthful, at first, it was because of the trend. I did my body in 2018. I think at the time it was just the trend, maybe peer pressure; everyone was doing it. I had a beautiful, slim body, but my stomach was a little too big. I was scared. I didn’t tell my mum because I didn’t want anybody to discourage me so it was me and two of my other friends. We just planned it, we paid we did it together at the same time.”

“After the surgery, you get to have your body massaged, that’s the painful part. You can’t sleep on your butt for 14 days. You have to lay on your stomach. It was painful. You cry for three days, but it’s worth it” she said

“My butt is the softest thing you will ever touch because it’s just fat; it’s like water,” she added.
